Soft Rule : Weekend Close Trades

Good Day , is this soft rule in place whereby the system automatically closes any open trades at the end of the trading week ?

Yes correct, if you are in a Hare account the trades need to be closed for the weekend. We always suggest you close them at the best possible price, but if they are left open and our system can close then it will.

  I have the Instant funding account , and last weekend the system did not close off the trades.
  
  I had also initially reported another system issue about 2 weeks ago , and that was fixed
