Refund and Returns Policy

We are confident that you will benefit from our FX proprietary trading program and achieve your trading goals. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Therefore, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our clients who ask for a refund.

  • If you are not satisfied with our program, you can request a full refund of your initial fee within 14 days of signing up. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have opened any positions or placing any type of order in the trading account.

  • To request a refund, you must contact our support team by email and provide your name, email address, and reason for requesting a refund. We will process your refund request within 10 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above criteria or that we suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.

  • We also reserve the right to modify or terminate this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Refunds After successful completion of the Hare Challenge

After you have successfully completed the second stage of the Hare Challenge, if you qualify to proceed to the funded stage, You will be eligible for a full refund of your challenge payment and your profit split once you have traded for the minimum eligible time, which is 10 trading days after placing the first trade on your funded account. If you violate any rules before this time the refund and profit share payment will be void.

Once you have request a payout and your payout is approved, your challenge fee will be refunded to you along with your profit split.
